We created this to help athletes get faster. Period. We have been studying the best progressions and ways for athletes to run faster using simple methods.
This program is relatively low equipment and low set up– allowing athletes to get the most out of what matters… sprinting. We have focused on testing and individualizing so much that sometimes the message gets lost.
To get fast, you need to sprint. To improve the way you accelerate, you need to work on your horizontal power. You need to balance from lower to higher volume with increasing intensities and exposures to more impacts. You need to recover with lower intensity work that keeps the nervous system fresh. The basics will always be the basics.
This program will transform you from a technical and physical aspect while saving you the thinking of a complex program. The most important thing is, do NOT get bored with the simplicity. These next 8 weeks will be a journey and I'm going to be on the journey with you guys. My goal is to run 23 mph in 8 weeks.
