Why I Built This Course

Why I Built This Course

What's up #speedcity! Thanks for coming to my second digital course.

Speed pillars was great. It was awesome. Just to see its impact on the industry with the sprint research and actual practical examples. All of the positive feedback coaches sent me -- I really appreciate everyone reaching out.

But this course is really going to be cool because there's a lot more practical and more implementation.

We're actually learning how to implement an acceleration program and you get to see what I see when I look at athletes:

  • How I profile them

  • How I study their movements

  • How I analyze them

So the goal of this course is to step away and have a good understanding of how to implement an acceleration-based program with your team, private training clients, or gym.

If you like something you read or watch, definitely send me a message with your thoughts. And when you do, if you could include the hashtag #artofacceleration on Twitter and Instagram that will help more coaches see & read about what's included in the course.

Thanks all. Let's get into it!
